Maintenance

The implementation of our service recommendations forms the basis for a long production life for machines and a maximum of interruption-free production time. 
We will be pleased to support you, either by assisting you with your own maintenance or through a full service contract. Our maintenance concept will be fully adapted to your needs.

Our repair shop carries out basic overhauling of machines and their components.
If the transport of machines to be overhauled does not make sense, we can also arrange to carry out the work on site.

Our equipment is characterized by its long lifespan. However, requirements and purposes may change and your needs for the machines may call for adjustments. 
We offer this service to help keep your equipment optimal for you at all times.

The quick procurement of spare parts is essential for assuring continued production. We keep standard spare parts of BALIK machines in stock to supply them in short order. 

However, our production capacities also allow for the quick production of customer-specific parts based on drawings or samples.

Competent and well trained employees make an essential contribution to reliable and economic production. We offer on-site training directly at the work places of the operator and service personnel.

We offer training of your operator and service staff for every BALIK machine or equipment.

Training length depends on the extent of the purchase equipment. Training may take anywhere from 1 to 14 days, depending on requirements, and usually takes place as part of initial system operation. 

Technical documentation is a requirement for the safe operation of machines and equipment.
