BALIK – CAN FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE

Application: fully automated filling of

Printing ink, coatings, polyester spackling compounds, sealing compound, lubricants,  
resins and other pasty products sold in cans.

 
Application example:
Printing ink filling machine for conical 1 kg and 2.5 kg vacuum cans:
Machine output approx. 10 units per minute
Special machine characteristics:

Automatic switching from 1 kg cans to 2.5 kg cans for packaging change 
with selector switch.

No time lost for changing packaging sizes !!

The machine is made from 100% stainless steel and is especially easy to clean.
Machine construction:
  1. Can conveyor unit
  2. Can storage with automatic can separation for 1 kg cans

  8. Container press
    Hydraulic press plate with sealed outer edge presses against the product from above and brings it to the dosing valve through a short stainless steel pipe.
  9. Vacuum can sealing mechanism for 1 kg cans with automatic nitrogen gasser 
  10. Vacuum can sealing mechanism for 2.5 kg cans with automatic nitrogen gasser 
  11. Vacuum pump
