Fill Station: The fill station can be equipped with several of our fill aggregates. A bottle is automatically filled as soon as it reaches the fill station. The fill station can also be equipped with an immersion nozzle device upon request. Cap Placement Station:Consists of cap dispenser with the feeding slide and the pressure plunger. As soon as a bottle reaches the cap placement station, the pressure plunger drops down, removes a cap from the hopper, and places the cap on the bottle. Sealing Station: The machine's sealing station consists of a screw head and a locking piston. As soon as a bottle reaches the sealing station, the screw head drops down and then securely screws the cap onto the bottle. The screw aggregate is equipped with a continuously adjustable torque controller used to set the required torque needed to screw on the caps. The cap feed utilizes an automatic sorting device.
