Performance:              Adjustable from 1000 (with 100 ml-bottles) to 3300 (with 1 to 2 ml- bottles) bottles per hour.

Bottle Feed:                 Manually on the rotary table feeder 

Bottle Transport:         By transferring bottles from the conveyor to the star wheel. Bottles are then time phased and positioned as needed.

 

Fill Station:                 The fill station can be equipped with several of our fill aggregates. A bottle is automatically filled as soon as it reaches the fill station. The fill station can also be equipped with an immersion nozzle device upon request.  

Cap Placement Station:Consists of cap dispenser with the feeding slide and the pressure plunger. As soon as a bottle reaches the cap placement station, the pressure plunger drops down, removes a cap from the hopper, and places the cap on the bottle.  

Sealing Station:          The machine's sealing station consists of a screw head and a locking piston. As soon as a bottle reaches the sealing station, the screw head drops down and then securely screws the cap onto the bottle. The screw aggregate is equipped with a continuously adjustable torque controller used to set the required torque needed to screw on the caps. The cap feed utilizes an automatic sorting device.

Electronic Inspections:              

The machine stops in case of: - Lack of bottles

                                                - Lack of caps

                                                - Cap not attached

  - Bottle jam at subsequent machine

                                                - Open protective covers                      

                       

If a bottle is not available:       - No filling

                                                - No cap placement

                                                - No labeling
