BALIK - VACUUM DE-AERATION EQUIPMENT

Applications:

Continuous or regular vacuum removal or air (oxygen), gaseous materials from liquid to pasty products.
e.g., air extraction from paints, spackling compounds, coatings, pulp compounds, ceramic compounds, etc.

Type Vac -EL

Functions:

In a conical vacuum container, a control valve continually vacuum-suctions product from above. The product is brought to a centrifugal distributor. The product then reaches the container wall as a thin layer and runs off toward the pump connection at the bottom of the container. Even the most minute gas entrapments burst in the thin layer. 

Sensitive emulsions as well as low-viscosity products can be processed.

An eccentric spiral pump suctions the de-aired product from the container for further processing or filling.

Depending on the size, the equipment can either be stationary or mobile.

The material selection for parts that come into contact with product can be adapted to the product requirements (durability).

The selection of the vacuum pump system is made depending on the product.
